Mickael Tanzer

Graduate of Paul Bocuse Institut (Lyon, the world capital of French Gastronomy) and Paris Dauphine University, Chef Mickael Tanzer offers to share with you is "savoir-faire"  in French Gastronomy Cuisine. 

​

From Gastronomy Cuisine to the renwned French pastry, Chef Tanzer's background includes experience at the renowned "Ledoyen" restaurant (3 Michelin Stars, Champs-Elysées, Paris); "Potel et Chabot" a premium French catering service and "Lenôtre", a top French pastry shop.



Thanks to his knowledge and experience with the top chefs in his field, Chef  Tanzer was recruited by Unilever France as Assistant National Head Chef to add high-end gourmet flavors to their products.



His passion for cooking brought him  to China, where he became Master Chef in a French pastry factory located in Beijing.



Chef Tanzer's wide experiences and keep knowledge enable him to translate his rare and priceless "French savoir-faire" into the sumptuous  meals  combining taste and refinement in your own home

Pablo Morales

GENERAL MANAGER

 

Pablo Morales is an Italian-Argentinian journalist currently working for one of the main newspapers in China.

​

Graduated fom enological school in Argentina, Pablo, spent some time learning about the wine making process in the Languedoc-Roussillon region in the South of France.

​

After completing university in Argentina, Pablo was awarded by the Chinese Governement  to pursue  his Master degree studies at Zhejiang University, after which he settled in Beijing to further develop his professional career.
